Our expert team provides personalized medical and surgical options for various ENT conditions, including acute and chronic sinus conditions, allergy symptoms, sleep disorders, hearing and audiological needs, and thyroid and throat related issues. Our mission is to enhance our patients' quality of life by accurately diagnosing and treating their symptoms.Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist / Cashier at Ear, Nose & Throat Surgical in Madison, MS. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, understanding basic health insurance, maintaining patient records, and collecting payments and balancing cash drawers daily.Qualifications:
- Appointment scheduling and phone etiquette.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience in an outpatient or clinic setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, specifically EPIC.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
