Medical Receptionist

Job Overview Bozeman Creek Family Health is hiring for an outgoing and energetic full or part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team.

Possible hours are:

Monday

• Thursday 9 am
• 6 pm and Saturday 8 am
• 12pm.

Ideal candidate must have experienced computer and multitasking skills as job will require employee to spend significant time on both phone and computer. Candidate must be able to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner! Pay DOE. Duties Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out procedures. Perform insurance verification and ensure proper documentation is collected. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation review. Utilize computerized systems for patient management and data entry. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and phone inquiries. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding patient needs. Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with the billing department as necessary. Stay updated on Medicare guidelines and clinic policies.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
