Position Summary As a full-time Veterinary Receptionist, you will work at both Harmony Animal Hospital and Harmony Animal Rescue Clinic, serving as the first point of contact for clients and helping ensure smooth daily operations at both facilities. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker, enjoys working with people and animals, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records Answer phones and respond to client inquiries regarding services and patient care Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation Assist veterinarians and support staff with administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient patient flow Support daily operations and collaborate with team members across both clinics Provide exceptional customer service while representing both organizations professionally Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role required Veterinary or medical office experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic veterinary terminology knowledge preferred but not required Passion for animal welfare and commitment to providing excellent client service Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Employee discount Uniform allowance Schedule Full-time position with scheduled hours split between Harmony Animal Hospital and Harmony Animal Rescue Clinic.
