This is a full-time, front-facing role that offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.50 - $21.00 , along with monthly bonuses. But that's not all we offer! YOUR DAY
As a Front Desk Receptionist - Medical Billing Specialist, you will begin each day by welcoming both new and returning patients with professionalism and courtesy. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, maintain the daily schedule, and respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails with patience and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will also include verifying insurance information, assisting with billing, and occasionally supporting internal marketing efforts through social media. Collaboration with the clinical team is a key part of ensuring that every patient receives a seamless and positive experience. Front Desk Receptionist -
Medical Billing Specialist Requirements:
5+ years of customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to be on your feet and active during your shift Team player who thrives in a structured yet caring environment Outgoing, empathetic, and detail-oriented personality Medical billing and insurance experience is strongly preferred. Experience in a chiropractic, medical, or dental office is also a plus!
