The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in multitasking and maintaining a positive environment for patients and staff alike. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression. Answer phones and schedule appointments as needed. Check patients in and out. Process payments and maintain accurate financial records. Create treatment/financial plans Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality according to HIPAA. Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain an efficient schedule. Assist with recalls and patient communications. Supply purchase/inventory for front office. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering to office policies and safety guidelines. Daily balancing/deposit of accounts receivable. Referral processing to specialist. Qualifications Proven experience with dental front desk or dental assisting roles with strong clerical skills. Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination is a plus. Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and basic bookkeeping.
