Dental Front Office/Insurance

Dental office receptionist needed for an established well managed fast paced highly efficient general dentist practice in Winston Salem, NC, that services both children and adults. We are seeking an individual who is a team player, self-motivated, dependable, outgoing, and interested in being a long term team member. Must be able to multitask, organized, and work with minimal supervision. Our primary focus is on overall wellness of our patients and patient education. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Daily office duties include:

checking patients in and out, confirming appointments, verifying insurance, taking payments, rescheduling, working on outstanding reports, submitting prior approvals, follow up calls, working outstanding claims, documenting and updating patient charts as needed, handling vendors and administrative tasks for DA 1.5 dental assisting school. Position is full time Monday /Tuesday (8-5) Wed/Th (7-3). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
