Bodyworks Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our amazing team! At Bodyworks, we believe the front desk sets the tone for the entire patient experience. You'll be the first smile our patients see, the calm voice on the phone, and a key part of helping our clinic run smoothly and professionally.

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients warmly in person and on the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays/payments
• Enter patient and billing information accurately
• Assist with keeping the clinic organized (light cleaning/laundry as needed)
• Bring patients to treatment rooms when needed
• Support therapists and teammates to keep the day running smoothly
• Help create a positive, welcoming, and professional environment for everyone

What We're Looking For:

• Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Team player who takes pride in doing things well

Compensation:

Pay is based on experience.
