What You'll Do As a Front Office Receptionist / Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first impression of MiBöca Dentistry.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients with warmth and enthusiasm Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism and positivity Scheduling appointments efficiently Confirming appointments and communicating with patients Helping patients understand treatment recommendations and next steps Managing patient check-in and check-out Coordinating patient flow throughout the day Maintaining an organized and beautiful reception area Assisting with patient education and practice promotions Supporting the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience Building genuine relationships with patients and families Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: ✔ Naturally bubbly and outgoing ✔ Positive and optimistic ✔ Health-conscious and wellness-minded ✔ Highly organized ✔ Comfortable using computers and technology ✔ Dependable and punctual ✔ Professional in appearance and communication ✔ A team player who enjoys helping others succeed ✔ Passionate about personal development and growth ✔ Able to remain calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points If You Have Dental office experience Front desk or customer service experience Sales or hospitality experience Knowledge of biological or holistic healthcare Experience with Dentrix or dental software Bilingual (English/Spanish) What Makes MiBöca Different?
