This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming environment, and helping a busy clinic run smoothly. The right candidate does not need extensive medical office experience to succeed. We are willing to train the right person on systems and workflow. Candidates with prior customer service, restaurant, hospitality, receptionist, medical office, phlebotomy, or medical assistant experience are encouraged to apply. This position is a combination of patient-facing customer service, administrative support, and maintaining a clean, professional clinic environment. Schedule Full-time preferred
Monday-Thursday:
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Optional but preferred Friday shift:
8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. End-of-day responsibilities may occasionally extend slightly beyond scheduled hours to ensure all patients are properly checked out before clinic close Unpaid 30-minute lunch break Pay & Benefits $15-$25+ per hour depending on experience, certifications, and skill set Bi-weekly pay PTO accrual beginning on day one Bonus opportunities for patient referrals and clinic growth initiatives Clinic closures for federal holidays or severe weather are unpaid unless PTO is utilized Entry-level candidates without medical office experience or certifications are welcome to apply and will receive on-site training. Higher compensation tiers are reserved for candidates bringing advanced certifications, expanded clinical capabilities, and/or significant directly relevant experience, including: Medical Assistant (MA) certification Phlebotomy certification Significant prior medical office experience Strong patient service and front office performance EHR/EMR experience Insurance verification or billing experience We support long-term growth and development. Team members who pursue additional certifications or expanded clinical skills during employment may become eligible for increased compensation opportunities. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth Assist patients with check-in and check-out Answer phones and respond to voicemails professionally Schedule appointments and assist with clinic flow Collect co-pays and update patient information Maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA/privacy standards Support providers and staff with administrative tasks Keep the clinic clean, organized, and patient-ready throughout the day Stock bathrooms and common areas as needed Perform light cleaning duties including trash removal, dusting, maintaining restroom cleanliness and supplies, and occasional mopping Help maintain a positive patient experience and communicate concerns to leadership appropriately Preferred Qualifications Customer service, hospitality, restaurant, administrative assistant, or receptionist experience Medical, dental, chiropractic office experience Familiarity with
EHR/EMR/CRM
