The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls scheduling patients. Schedule appointments and manage scheduling efficiently. Maintain accurate dental records and documentation review for patient files. Utilize software for patient management and dental coding . Prepare treatment plans and financials as needed. Insurance verification and sending insurance claims. Strong administrative organizational skills with attention to detail .
