Responsibilities Patient Relations:
Welcome patients and families with warmth and build genuine relationships and rapport.
Front Desk Excellence:
Deliver a 5-star experience during phone calls, office visits, follow-ups, and inquiries.
Smart Scheduling:
Coordinate an efficient, productive schedule that optimizes patient care and office flow.
Treatment & Finance:
Present treatment plans, navigate financial arrangements, collect payments, and answer billing questions with care.
Team Collaboration:
Manage communication between patients, doctors, and the clinical team to ensure seamless care.
Practice Support:
Confirm appointments, manage the patient recall system, and maintain accurate patient records.
Professional Growth:
Actively participate in ongoing training to develop your skills as a top-tier Patient Care Coordinator.
Requirements Language:
Fluent in English and Korean.
Experience:
Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related public-facing field.
Industry Skills:
Previous dental front office experience is welcome, but not required (we will train the right person!).
Core Traits:
High energy and work ethic, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Compensation & Benefits Job Type:
Full-time or Part-time positions available.
Pay Rate:
From $25 an hour (commensurate with experience).
Bonus:
Annual profit-sharing opportunities eligible after 1 year of employment.
