We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team and play an integral role in shaping the continued growth and future of our practice. Compensation:
$20 hourly
Responsibilities:
Oversee TheraCorp's day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and client-centered environment. Track and report on accountability measures to support smooth and effective operations. Act as the first point of contact by warmly welcoming clients, managing a high volume of calls, and providing clear, accurate information. Coordinate scheduling and respond to prospective client inquiries while effectively communicating TheraCorp's policies and procedures. Handle administrative duties, including maintaining accurate client records, processing payments, and managing correspondence. Work closely with clinicians and team members to align schedules and ensure seamless daily workflows. Demonstrate and uphold TheraCorp's core values in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Qualifications:
Two years of administrative experience preferred. Strong Organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations while managing multiple tasks, team members, and responsibilities. Experience in the provision of mental health services is a plus, but not required. Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities. Strong computer skills.
