This is not a giant corporate practice where you're just filling a seat following rules that make no sense. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in excellent dentistry, thoughtful patient care, and treating each other well. The right person for this role understands how a dental office works day to day. You can help manage the schedule, communicate clearly with patients, coordinate insurance and treatment details, support the clinical team, and keep things moving calmly and professionally. What we're looking for: You have real dental office experience and are comfortable working in a busy front desk environment. You know how to balance patient communication, scheduling, insurance, treatment coordination, and the many moving pieces that come with running a strong dental practice. You are warm, organized, dependable, and comfortable speaking with patients both in person and by phone. You do not need a script to sound caring and professional — you naturally know how to make people feel welcome and taken care of.
The specifics:
  • Experience in a dental office setting
  • Comfortable managing scheduling, patient flow, insurance, and front desk responsibilities
  • Able to explain dental procedures, costs, insurance, and next steps in plain language
  • Experience with dental software; Dentrix experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in person and by phone
  • Organized, proactive, and able to keep the schedule and front desk running smoothly
  • Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed What you'll be doing:
  • Speaking to patients and creating an amazing patient experience
  • Scheduling appointments and helping keep the schedule productive
  • Answering calls, responding to patient questions, and following up as needed
  • Helping patients understand their treatment, insurance, costs, and next steps
  • Verifying insurance and processing claims
  • Coordinating with the clinical team to keep the day flowing
  • Supporting treatment follow-up and helping patients stay on track with care
  • Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly What you get:
  • Competitive base pay plus weekly production bonuses
  • Subsidized health insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Profit sharing
  • Paid holidays and paid time off
  • Monday through Friday, regular business hours — your evenings and weekends are yours
  • A supportive, collaborative team that actually likes working together If you know your way around a dental practice, enjoy helping patients, and take pride in keeping the front desk organized and running well, we'd love to hear from you.
