Medical Front Desk Receptionist Pediatric Group Fair Lawn, NJ Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Medical documentation Interpersonal skills Scanning Faxing Full Job Description Responsibilities include: Answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting copayments/balances, faxing, scanning, working with medical records, checking labs, preparing referrals and authorizations among other duties. Ability to work well with others and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Must be reliable and have dependable transportation!
Hours are:
9 am - 5 pm with rotating evenings until 7 pm and rotating weekends from 9am-12pm. Minimum of one year medical office experience required, preferably pediatric office.
