MEDICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
!! We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a professional and lively work environment. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or personnel-Answering phones and making appointments will be priority with this position. Check in patients-enter medical information, insurance, referrals Manage appointment scheduling using EHR ModMed Handle data entry tasks such as filing, proofing documents, and maintaining accurate records with high attention to detail Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone/email Skills Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist with strong organizational skills Familiar with EMR programs- ModMed Experience a plus Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls confidently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong administrative skills including calendar management, proofreading, filing, and time management Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and excellent communication skills; training will be provided for specific EMR program ModMed.

Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
