Job Description

Administrative and Hospitality Receptionist Seeking an Administrative Receptionist to greet clients and support multiple business entities with broad variety of projects. Ideal candidates need to be flexible, bright, hardworking, team-oriented self-starters with the ability to handle multiple tasks and also be willing to be trained in efficient workflow. Temp to Permanent position Role requirements and responsibilities
  • Answering inbound calls, forwarding calls, message taking, and booking meeting room reservations
  • Handling inbound and outbound mail and packages for multiple businesses
  • Assisting with maintaining office equipment, copier, fax, phones, monitors, and coffee equipment
  • Assist with set up and cleanup of meeting rooms
  • Maintain accurate records of all meeting room use and all services provided.
  • Own and complete special projects as assigned
  • Maintain a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Self-organizing with good time management skills
  • Willing to take direction and be trained for efficiency
