At NJ Team Dental Center, we are a medium-sized office full of hardworking individuals. Seeking a highly organized front desk receptionist! Our office sees a variety of ages, as we are a family practice. We hope our newest addition to our team is confident, friendly, and enjoys educating others. We work hard to create the ultimate stress-free and comfortable dental experience. Helping others achieve their healthiest, most beautiful smile!

Ideal Front Desk Description:

3 years approx experience Dental insurance experience Would be great for medical insurance a plus Dentrix preferred Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls Organized Billing out procedures Sending electronic claims Collecting payments Entering patient information Enter dental/medical information

Schedule:

Monday 8:30-6 Tues 8:30-6 Thurs 8:30-6 Friday 8:30-5:30 Saturdays 8:30-1pm alternating saturdays Arrival time at least 8:15am Lunch time: 1 hour, ~12-1pm (Will be staggered bc of check in/out roles) Compensation +
