Join our vibrant team at Princeton Dentistry as a Dental Front Desk professional! In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment while managing essential administrative tasks with efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes. Schedule appointments and manage the dentist's calendar effectively. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services. Verify patient insurance and process billing accurately. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Assist with patient records management and data entry. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Promote a positive patient experience through excellent customer service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; dental office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Friendly demeanor and a passion for patient care. Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes. Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing practice.
