Medical Receptionist /
Front Desk Coordinator Location:
Totowa, NJ (In-Person)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00
PM Compensation:
From $20.00/hour

401(k), Health Insurance About the Role We are seeking a warm, organized, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be the face and voice of our practice, ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they call or walk through the door.
What You Will Do Patient Experience:
Greet patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments.
Communication Management:
Monitor and reply to practice emails and voicemail messages promptly. Spanish language is a plus
Records & Administration:
Update and maintain accurate digital patient records with high attention to detail and maintain patient confidentiality.
Financial Coordination:
Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations.
Logistics & Inventory:
Supervise medical supply deliveries and manage office inventory levels.
Clinical Support:
Assist doctors and nurses with patient examinations when needed. What We Offer Competitive starting pay from $20/hour. Comprehensive health insurance. 401(k) retirement plan. What You Bring Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a major plus! Strong organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking. Proficiency with computers, emails, and electronic data entry. Experience with Practice Fusion EHR is highly preferred (but we will train the right candidate). A compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
