In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for patients, parents and callers, and provide exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, personable, and enjoys working with people in a team-oriented, busy, and fast-paced environment.
office hours:
tues-thurs 7:30am-5:30pm. (mon-wed 1x a month) Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing questions
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage digital patient records and update information as needed
- Confirm appointments and follow up on missed appointments
- Coordinate communication between patients, parents, and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with treatment plan presentations and patient education when needed
- Perform general administrative duties to support office operations Qualifications
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person
- Knowledge of dental insurance and terminology is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must to serve our diverse patient population
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with dental software preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage time and work efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting Benefits
