Job Description

Our family-oriented office is looking for a patient focused front office team member. Must be organized, detail-oriented person with •minimum of 1 year of dental experience• . Dentrix software experience a plus. Must understand basic dental insurance information, process insurance claims, and post payments. Must be able to multi-task and work as a team member with great communication skills while maintaining a professional mannerism. The hours are Monday-Thursday 12:30pm- 6:00pm and up to three Fridays a month 7:00 am -1:00 pm. Email resume/CV to this listing or mail/drop off to 703 N. Dustin Ave. Farmington, NM 87401. Summary As an Experienced Dental Receptionist, you will be essential in managing front desk operations and providing outstanding patient service. Reporting to the Office Manager, your role involves utilizing your core skills in medical administrative support and office experience to handle patient records and appointments efficiently. Your proficiency in Dentrix and communication skills will enhance patient interactions and streamline office processes. Additionally, your knowledge of dental terminology and relevant experience with multi-line phone systems will ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for all patients. Join our team to contribute to exceptional dental care and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage appointment scheduling and patient records using Dentrix software. Handle phone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Process patient payments and manage medical collections as needed. Collaborate with dental staff to streamline office operations and enhance patient experience.
