What You'll Do:

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and care. Manage appointments, check-ins, and check-outs. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with a helpful attitude. Handle insurance verifications and collect payments. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
