Front Office Job Description:

Greet and check out patients, schedule patient appointments Answering phones Scan and upload documents Enter new patient demographics, verify eligibility Perform clerical work such as copying, emailing, faxing, etc... Collect co-pays, balance and batch out money Prepare clinic for following day Post charges to be billed out

Front Office Skills and Qualifications:

Previous medical experience helpful. Must have good communication skills, organization, professionalism, customer focus, confidentiality, teamwork, and be able to multitask and handle stressful situations in an extremely busy office.

Job Type:

Fulltime, 40 hours a week, M-F. Benefit package included.
