Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an entry-level Front Desk Medical Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. This is a great role for someone looking to grow a career in healthcare administration, including candidates with medical externship experience or prior front desk expeirence scheduling appointments. The Front Desk Medical Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and will support daily front office operations in a busy medical setting. This position offers valuable hands-on experience, professional growth potential, and the opportunity to build strong administrative skills within the healthcare services industry. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable speaking with patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling basic medical office tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment where accuracy, communication, and patient service are important every day. Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions, scheduling, and general front desk needs.
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and maintain organized appointment records.
  • Check in patients and help ensure a positive, professional front office experience.
  • Create and update patient charts with accurate information.
  • Contact insurance companies to obtain preauthorizations as needed.
  • Support general medical office administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $16.00 per hour.
