  • Thurs 8am
  • 5pm, Fri 8am
  • 3pm) detail-oriented, punctual, responsible, motivated, friendly & dependable Medical Front Office professional to join our busy podiatry medical practice.
Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly Provide exceptional customer service Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism Schedule appointments efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems Process medical payments Manage medical records by scanning and updating patient information Perform intake procedures by collecting patient demographics and reviewing documentation for completeness Experience Prior experience working in a medical office setting or dental clinic environment is highly preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not necessary Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
