Prior experience in a medical office is preferred but not necessary. We will train! Our office specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as Acupuncture and Therapeutic Massage. Responsibilities Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Schedule appointments using EMR systems such as iClinic Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance verification processes accurately Collect fees and co-payments Manage patient records ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and health information management standards Maintain accurate documentation of appointments and information Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information Answer phones and perform administrative tasks Experience MUST speak fluent Mandarin and English Prior experience in a medical office setting is highly preferred Experience in customer service roles preferred
