Experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist Flushing, NY 11354 $22

  • Full-time We are looking for an experienced medical front desk receptionist who can work independently in a busy medical office.
This position is best suited for someone who already has medical office experience and can quickly adapt to daily front desk workflow.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls professionally Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Verify insurance information Collect copays/balances Scan insurance cards and IDs Route messages to providers and staff Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
Prior medical front desk experience required Must be reliable, professional, and punctual Must be able to multitask in a busy office Strong communication skills Bilingual English/Chinese must EMR experience preferred Must be comfortable working independently after brief orientation
Important:
This is not an entry-level training position. We need someone who can step into a busy clinic environment and become productive quickly.
