Job Description

We are looking for additional full- and part-time front desk receptionists to join our medical office team. The office operates 5 days a week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Premium Medical Care is a physical medicine and pain rehabilitation clinic that has been operating in the Flushing community for over 20 years. Multicultural Flushing is home to the largest Chinatown in the city, and is easily accessible by subway, bus, and Long Island Rail Road (LIRR).
Qualifications:
MUST speak either Mandarin or Cantonese in addition to English Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar medical administrative support role is preferred Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and courtesy Schedule and confirm patient appointments both in person and over the phone Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-up care Maintain and update patient records in the electronic medical records system Assist with administrative tasks including scanning, faxing, and filing Other duties as needed This is a great opportunity for young graduates and students interested in healthcare field careers. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
