7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Fridays are half days. We are a small, fast-paced dental office seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, multitasking, and providing excellent customer service in a professional healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Check patients in and out for appointments Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records Retrieve and process office mail Upload and organize documentation in digital filing systems Complete administrative tasks assigned by the doctor or office manager Support daily office operations to ensure an efficient patient experience
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with EagleSoft dental software preferred, but not required Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
