JOB DESCRIPTION

Part-time/Full-time Front Desk person needed Monday, Wednesday, Friday for busy Multidisciplinary office (38-40 hours). Responsibilities include but not limited to: scheduling patients, answering phones, creating schedules for EMG, Ortho, Chiro etc., medical records, answering/ sending texts, EHR. Must be reliable, dependable, have strong work ethic, have ability to work in a fast-paced environment while constantly maintaining a positive attitude, be able able to multitask, team player, great with people. Experience is a plus but not mandatory. Bilingual strongly preferred

Chiropractic Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-1 pm as well as 3pm-7pm,

Physical Therapy Hours:

Tuesday 9am-1pm as well as 3pm-7pm, Thursday 1pm-7pm

Pay:

$20.00 per hour plus bonuses. Candidate

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MORNING AND AFTERNOON SHIFTS.
