Responsibilities The Dental Front Desk Coordinator is a key part of the team and will manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling and confirming appointments Answering calls, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service Managing insurance verifications and communicating coverage to patients Processing claims and overseeing the accounts receivable workflow Updating patient records and assisting families with completing required paperwork Understanding treatment plans and collecting payments Creating and contributing to a supportive team environment Maintaining a clean and organized reception area Qualifications Ability to problem-solve and adapt to change Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient with computers and technology Prior experience in a customer-service role, preferably in a dental setting, is a plus Strong organizational skills Education College degree is a plus We are offering competitive pay and a fun and friendly work environment!
