In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, performing check-in, check-out, while managing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences in a fast-paced medical environment. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression Schedule appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems Collect and process payments, including medical collections and billing procedures Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately Assist with intake procedures, including collecting medical history and updating care plans Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and appointment scheduling Maintain organized filing of medical records and office supplies to support clinic efficiency We are a small team of young doctors who love learning, caring, and striving to perform the most innovative procedures in the medical field of podiatry.
