Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Front Desk Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a busy dental office environment. This role requires proficiency in handling phone systems, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the appointment schedule for dentists and hygienists Proactively fill schedule gaps and follow up on unscheduled treatment Present treatment plans clearly, including third-party financing options Greet and assist patients and callers, addressing inquiries with professionalism Verify insurance eligibility and accurately process claims and payments Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy within practice management software Perform End-of-Day reconciliation and reporting Maintain smooth front desk operations and patient workflow Uphold a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism Learn and implement new technologies as they arise
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dental front desk or office administration experience Proficiency in dental practice management software Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
