Medical Receptionist - Full-Time (Clinic Evaluations) Overview Join The IMA Group as a Bilingual Medical Receptionist supporting structured medical evaluations in a professional outpatient setting. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, teamwork, and patient interaction in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You must speak both fluent English and Spanish. Schedule Full-time, shifts between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Occasional Saturdays (scheduled in advance) What You'll Do Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars Verify patient information and update electronic records Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist with patient intake paperwork and documentation Support efficient patient flow and front-office operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous medical office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment Compensation & Benefits $17.00/hour PTO, paid holidays, and floating holiday 401(k) with employer match Full benefits package No on-call responsibilities The IMA Group is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
