We believe that exceptional care begins at the front desk—and we are looking for someone who can help us strengthen that foundation. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Front office team member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong dental front office experience, a confident understanding of scheduling and insurance, and a calm, professional presence. Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to provide outstanding patient service will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to maintain an efficient daily flow
  • Verify insurance benefits, handle billing inquiries, and support financial discussions
  • Accurately collect, post, and reconcile payments
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient communications promptly
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth transitions throughout the day
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1+ years of dental front office experience required
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology, insurance verification, and billing
  • Dentrix experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a busy environment
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
  • A team-player mindset
Benefits & Compensation:
Hourly Range:
$23-$33 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with long weekends!
