Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental practice. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for managing patient interactions, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for every patient while supporting the clinical team with essential administrative tasks. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their insurance coverage, and handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently Schedule appointments using dental practice management software Dentrix, ensuring optimal clinic flow Verify insurance benefits, perform insurance authorizations, and process claims Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries and routing calls appropriately Assist with billing procedures and collection of payments or co-pays Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist with familiarity in dental terminology and clinic operations Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience working in a healthcare setting—dental clinic experience highly preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, medical records management, and office administration Join our team to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing outstanding front desk support. Pay:
$25.23 - $30.39 per hour
