Be the First Smile Patients See—and the Reason They Return At Roseman University of Health Sciences, we believe exceptional healthcare begins with exceptional patient experiences. Roseman Medical Group is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist who is passionate about customer service, healthcare, and creating a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors. As the hub of our clinic operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive seamless, compassionate, and efficient care from their first phone call through their final visit.   • Welcome and assist patients in person and by phone
  • Coordinate appointments, check-in/check-out, and patient communications
  • Verify insurance eligibility and process authorizations
  • Assist patients with billing questions and financial arrangements
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support medical records requests and patient portal access
  • Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of medical office or healthcare-related experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office

Rate of Pay:
