Full Job Description Medical Receptionist:

Williamsville, NY We have a PT (3-4 days a week) opening in our busy pediatric office for a medical receptionist. Monday-Friday with 1-2 Saturday morning shifts a month and

NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet patients when they enter the office
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
• Verify patient health insurance
• Assist providers, office manager and co-workers as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• MEDENT experience preferred
• Medical office experience preferred
