Medical Secretary/Receptionist

Part Time Medical Secretary position available 32 hours per week We are looking for a responsible, friendly individual with a customer-service mindset to join our team in Williamsville, New York!

General responsibilities include:

greeting patients when they arrive, collect copayments, insurance verification, data entry, scheduling patients, answering phones, basic clerical tasks including faxing & scanning. No weekends, holidays or late evenings. Salary based on experience. Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, be able to multi-task and enjoy working with people.
