In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, insurance verifications, and medical records with precision and professionalism. Your expertise in medical administrative support and familiarity with dental terminology will ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient service. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding front desk customer service, ensuring a positive first impression. Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software. Verify insurance coverage and benefits, including insurance verification for various providers and Medicare. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including intake forms and documentation review. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and accurately. Maintain accurate medical records, including dental terminology, ICD-10 coding, CPT coding, and documentation review. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information at all times.
