Full Job Description Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or fees
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare provider to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations. ```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus Bilingual (Spanish)
