You'll be the first person our patients see, so we need someone who balances a professional, high - end experience with a genuinely kind, welcoming approach. What you'll do:
  • Greet patients and handle phones with a polished, friendly tone.
  • Manage scheduling and following up with pending treatment
  • Create insurance claims, submit Pre-Ds, handle billing and collections
  • Ensure all referrals and radiographs are 100% ready before the patient arrives.
Who you are:
  • Experienced:
    You have a background in a dental or specialty office
  • Proactive:
    You don't wait for things to happen; you look ahead and stay organized.
  • Great at
Communication:
You're comfortable discussing financial details and schedules with confidence and empathy.
