Dental Receptionist

Cleveland Smile Center is looking to hire a Dental Receptionist to play an instrumental and invaluable role within a thriving private dental practice. Located in Aurora, Ohio. We are looking for an outstanding person who excels in a fast paced environment. We are a private practice, general dentist office. 2 years of general dental experience required.

Your duties would include:

• Overseeing all office operations with emphasis on constant improvement of both staff efficiency and patient care
• Processing of insurance claims submission to benefit both patients and office
• Resolve patient concerns and complaints
• Work closely with patients before and after dental procedures
• Act as liaison between doctors and patients to help explain treatment plans.
• Organize and implement policies and procedures to achieve highest office production and goals

• Knowledge in all phases of dentistry.
• Experience with all forms of dental insurance.
• Computer experience with open dental software.
