Join Our Team at Orange Place Family Dentistry! Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator Are you the kind of person who loves helping others, staying organized, and making people feel welcome? At Orange Place Family Dentistry, we've been serving our community for more than 30 years, building lasting relationships and creating healthy smiles along the way. We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice with an incredible team, advanced technology, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to become an important part of our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and helping patients navigate their dental care. What You'll Do As one of the first faces our patients see, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and making them feel welcome. Answering phones and assisting patients with scheduling appointments. Managing the daily schedule and helping ensure efficient patient flow. Verifying dental insurance benefits and explaining coverage to patients. Preparing treatment estimates and discussing financial options. Helping patients understand recommended treatment and scheduling future care. Coordinating communication between patients, doctors, hygienists, and clinical staff. Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Providing outstanding customer service while building strong patient relationships. What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a dental office, treatment planning, insurance verification, or customer service is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
