Medical Receptionist Over the past 30 years, Southwoods Health has grown from an outpatient surgery center into a comprehensive network of specialists and healthcare providers, serving over 40 locations across the Mahoning and Shenango Valleys. We currently have multiple full-time and part-time Receptionist positions available within our physicians' offices. Available Schedules:

Full-time. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Full-time. Monday-Friday, alternating start/stop times (6:45 AM - 4:30 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Access:

Manage registration, check-in, and check-out processes.

Financials:

Collect co-pays and perform insurance verification.

Scheduling:

Coordinate follow-up appointments and provide post-visit instructions.

Communication:

Perform telephone triage and facilitate provider instructions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient flow.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Medical receptionist experience preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical terminology.

Traits:

Exceptional customer service, high attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
