Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant, where your energetic and compassionate approach will support the delivery of exceptional patient care. In this vital role, you will work closely with the chiropractors to facilitate smooth clinic operations, assist with patient treatments, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your enthusiasm for health and wellness will contribute to improving patient outcomes and enhancing their overall experience. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatment procedures, ensuring safety and comfort. Gather and document patient information including medical history, vital signs, and current symptoms. Support patient intake processes by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance details, and managing patient flow efficiently. Prepare treatment rooms by setting up necessary supplies and maintaining cleanliness standards. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures performed. Support administrative tasks such as managing inventory of medical supplies, updating patient records, and assisting with billing processes. Requirements Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills for managing intake procedures and vital signs collection.
Standards Environment:
Indoor; Requires Standing, Walking, Movement, and Sitting for Extended Periods of Time.
Dress Code:
Well Groomed / Professional; Scrubs and Nice Gym Shoes ; No Shorts; No Visible Tattoos, Nose Rings, or Gauges; No Abnormal Hair Color (Pink, Blue, Purple, Etc.)
No Profanity/Cussing Allowed Attitude:
