We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist . Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients with a positive, professional attitude Answer phones and schedule MRI appointments Verify insurance information and collect patient payments/co-pays Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate patient flow with technologists and staff Assist with general office and administrative duties Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or medical office experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable working with computers and medical scheduling systems Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Spanish-speaking is a plus
