Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our team as a Medical Secretary / Medical Assistant at our East Liverpool and Boardman locations. The ideal candidate will be professional, efficient, personable, and experienced in a medical office setting. If you are patient-focused, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you. In this role, you will help support the smooth day-to-day workflow of our medical offices while ensuring patients receive exceptional care and service throughout their visit.
Responsibilities include:
Checking patients in and out Processing patient paperwork and medical forms Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling patient appointments Assisting medical assistants with patient paperwork Rooming patients and supporting clinical workflow Maintaining a positive and professional front desk experience We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday pay Health and additional insurance benefits Pension plan Life insurance Annual uniform allowance We are committed to promoting a positive work-life balance and a supportive team environment.
