Our amazing and growing private practice, located in Rocky River, OH is looking for a full-time Dental Front Office team member! We offer competitive pay and benefits, along with a supportive and welcoming work environment.

Thursday:
8am-5pm 2 Fridays per month: 8am-2pm

Based on experience

$20-$30/hour (DOE) Medical / Dental Paid CE Uniforms Paid Vacation 401K Bonus opportunities To be considered for this role: Have at least 2 years of dental office experience. Be comfortable discussing financial matters and handling payment arrangements. Knowledge of dental insurances, billing, & treatment planning. Dentrix experience is strongly preferred. Duties for our Dental Front Office Coordinator include: Greet and check in patients, schedule and confirm appointments, and ensure smooth daily flow. Present treatment plans, review insurance and financing options, and assist patients with payment arrangements. Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances. Communicate with the clinical team to coordinate care and maintain accurate patient records. Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative duties as needed. Our team can't wait to meet you.
