Job Description
Hours of Job Full-time - 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Friday 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM No Weekends or Holidays Required Duties and Key Responsibilities Works under the supervision of the Practice Manager/Coordinator. Is responsible for being able to multitask all clerical activities. Public/guest relations and communications are key components of the job. Acts as the focus of communication in the work area regarding all staff, providers, and patient care activities, family, etc. Performs clerical, registration, and scheduling duties for a full range of patient services. Performs other duties to assist manager, coordinator, co-workers, and providers. Requirements Good interpersonal skills in dealing with patients, families, and co-workers. Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs. Education/Certifications High School education required. Advanced education may be required for specific job modalities. Experience Medical office experience preferred; customer service experience required.
